Kyrgyz сarriers violated Kazakhstan’s legislation 360 times for the last 20 days

As Transport committee of Kazakhstan’s Industry Ministry reports, from 10 to 20 October 2017 officials registered 360 violations by carriers from the Kyrgyz Republic.

During checks, transporters got fines for 11.8 million tenge. In 151 cases there were no documents to perishable goods.

In addition due to absence of Consignment Note, carriers were fined 103 times; for weight and dimension contravention – 69 times: for absence of Kazakh form to non-scheduled carrying of passengers – 13 times; for cabotage carrying – 11 times; for violation of shipping rules – 6 times, and for violation of dangerous goods transportations rules – 5 times.
