Chairman of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision appointed

By the order of the Minister of Agriculture, Arman Utegulov was appointed to the post of chairman of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, reports Akorda press service.

Arman Utegulov was born in 1964 in the West Kazakhstan region. In 1989, he graduated from the Saratov State Zootechnical-Veterinary Institute with a speciality "Veterinary Doctor." In 2007, the West Kazakhstan Engineering and Technical University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

He started his career in 1982.

In 1989-1996, he worked as a senior, chief veterinarian of the Akkul state farm of the Furmanov district of the WKO. In 1996-1998 — director of the production cooperative "Taldyapan" of the Kaztalov district of the WKO.

In 1998-2002, he held the post of deputy akim of the Kaztalov district of the region, in 2002-2010 — akim of the Karatobe district, in 2010-2013 — akim of the Terekti district of the WKO. In 2013-2014, he was the head of the agriculture department of the WKO.

From 2014 to the present, he worked as deputy akim of the West Kazakhstan region.
