Kazakh President sent a telegram of condolences to Abdelaziz Bouteflika, President of Algeria, reports Akorda press service.

The Head of State was deeply saddened by the news of numerous victims as a result of the wreck of a military transport aircraft in the vicinity of Bufarik.

"Sharing the bitterness of loss, let me, on behalf of Kazakhstan’s nation and myself, express condolences to the families and friends of the deceased, as well as to the entire people of Algeria," the telegram reads.
