Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Svetlana Zhakupova, answered the journalists' questions at a press conference on the following the Government meeting in Ukimet Uyi.

In the course of the briefing, the Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population, Svetlana Zhakupova, informed the media about the work of the site of the Electronic Labor Exchange enbek.kz, which takes the second place among all registered Kazakhstan sites on the subject "Work. Jobs," second only to the international Internet site Headhunter.

"We plan to take it a step further as part of the implementation of the Digital Kazakhstan state program. The electronic labor exchange will be integrated with the electronic systems of other state bodies, in particular, the Ministry of Healthcare and the Ministry of Education and Science. The site enbek.kz will become the basis for the draft electronic employment contracts registration system, which will also be implemented in the near future," S. Zhakupova said, noting that the agency will further work on simplifying registration.

The Vice Minister also said that the service of targeted social assistance has been fully automated, which, starting on January 1 of this year, appears in a new format. At the same time, a proactive format is envisaged. Based on the data coming from the information systems of state bodies, the decision will be made automatically. The improvement of the social service system will be implemented through the implementation of the Social Services Portal. The social payment on the occasion of the loss of work will also be translated into a proactive format.

"This means that when assigning an official status of an "unemployed person" to a citizen, the social payment from the State Social Insurance Fund on the loss of job is carried out automatically. That is, the citizen no longer needs to apply to the PSC," S. Zhakupova summed up.
