Kazakh PM discusses prospects for investment cooperation with President of Tatarstan

July 4 the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev met with the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived with a two-day working visit to participate in the presentation of the Astana International Financial Center and celebration of the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's capital, reports primeminister.kz.

At the meeting, the topical issues of trade and economic cooperation and further plans to expand investment, as well as prospects for the implementation of joint projects in the transit and transport sphere were discussed.

In addition, the participants of the meeting considered cooperation prospects in educational and industrial spheres. Sagintayev informed that Kazakhstan is interested in the experience of Tatarstan in implementation of digital services and development of information technologies.

In his turn, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized the importance of effective cooperation between Kazakhstan and Tatarstan in different sectors of the economy.
