Nurly Zher and Program 7-20-25: Sagintayev visits housing construction objects of NKR

In the course of a working visit to the North Kazakhstan region, Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited the new Zhas-Orken microdistrict, where he got acquainted with the construction projects under the Nurly Zher Program and the development of the new mortgage program 7-20-25 within the framework of the Five Social initiatives of the President, and also visited medical and educational institutions.

The new Zhas Orken microdistrict, being built in Petropavlovsk within the framework of the Nurly Zher State Housing Construction Program, will allow to provide 332 families with housing by October 2019. Apartments in this house will be given to citizens who are waiting in line for housing, and investors of Housing Construction Savings Bank JSC. All necessary conditions have been created in the microdistrict. High-rise buildings are being built, a school with a Kazakh language of instruction for 900 places is running, a Sports Palace and a tennis court are built, a mini-center for 88 children will be created. In addition, it is planned to build a polyclinic for 250 visits per shift and the Kazakh theater. 

The Prime Minister was also presented with plans for further implementation of the 7-20-25 program and projects for the construction of other microdistricts in Petropavlovsk. Within the state program in the regional center four panel five-storey houses are under construction. In the future, it is planned to build two rental houses, where housing will be without the right to privatization. Apartments in them will go to the townspeople from socially vulnerable layers of the population. According to the program, the price per square meter in these new houses will not exceed 140,000 tenge. 

"The construction of these houses is carried out within the framework of the housing construction program Nurly Zher. The constructed housing can be sold through the new mortgage program 7-20-25," reported Fedyaev. 

According to the akimat of the North Kazakhstan region, the pace of construction in the region shows stable growth. The plan for housing construction in 2018 is 230,000 m² or 115% by 2017. This year 1,500 apartments will be put into operation. 

The second year is the demolition of dilapidated housing. 620 old houses will be demolished, of them more than 2,000 new apartments will be built. 

Recall, the state housing program Nurly Zher was adopted at the end of 2016. Within the framework of the Program, an annual construction of about 100,000 housing units is envisaged, which will enable to provide 1.5 million families with new housing in 15 years.
