A new world record will be set in Kazakhstan

On the 28th day of September, 2018 in Makinsk city will be set a new world record. More than 200 employees of Makinsk Poultry Farm will cook a chicken satay with a length of 220 meters. The record will be officially registered by Guinness World Records™.

"Note the fact that the previous record entered the book of record, was set in 2007 in Singapore, the length of satay was 140 meters. We invite all Kazakhstan people to take part in our holiday"- commented Serik Tolukpayev, the founder and Director General of Aitas KZ, JSC.

For cooking satay, more than 400 kilograms of poultry meat will be used. It is supposed that more than 3 thousand people will be able to taste it.

Breaking the record is arranged to the opening of the largest poultry farm in Central Asia and Kazakhstan with a capacity of 50,000 tons of poultry meat per year - Makinsk Poultry Farm, LLP. This is a unique project in its capacity, technological infrastructure and the investor base - Aitas KZ, JSC, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Baiterek Venture Fund, Bank for Development of Kazakhstan, JSC is the creditor.

Within the project, the best state-of-the-art technology is provided for in the field of incubation, growing, slaughtering and cutting, cooling and packaging of poultry, processing of slaughterhouse offal, production of feed with the use of processing equipment from the international manufacturers.

Makinsk Poultry Farm will provide the population of Kazakhstan with quality products, manufactured in accordance with the European quality requirements for the finished product, ecology, humane treatment of live poultry, complying with regulations of Khalal standard.

Aitas KZ, JSC is a vertically integrated Holding combining the crop production, poultry farming and meat processing enterprises. The holding consists of 11 companies, including Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Farm - a prosperous modern enterprise for the production and processing of broiler meat with a capacity of 25,000 tons of meat per year and Makinsk Poultry Farm, whose capacity in 2020 will reach 50,000 tons of meat per year (until 2020 the capacity will be of 25,000 tons of meat per year).
