President of Kazakhstan makes personnel changes

By the Decree of the Head of State Nusultan Nazarbayev, Kairat Kozhamzharov has been relieved of his post as prosecutor general of Kazakhstan due to his transfer to another job.

By the order of the Head of State, Gizat Nurdauletov has been relieved of his post as first deputy general prosecutor due to his transfer to another job. Thus, by the Decree of the President, Gizat Nurdauletov was appointed the prosecutor general of Kazakhstan.

“To appoint Gizat Nurdauletov as general prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the text of the Decree of the President Nazarbayev says.

In addition, the following presidential decrees have dismissed:

  • Dastan Eleukenov as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Sweden, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Denmark concurrently;
  • Bakyt Batyrshayev as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Bahrain concurrently;
  • Erik Utembaev as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

By decrees of the Head of State appointed:

  • Kairat Abdrakhmanov — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Sweden;
  • Berik Aryn — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation;
  • Darkhan Satybaldy — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • Askar Tazhibayev — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Tajikistan.
