Zhenis Kassymbek checked readiness of West Kazakhstan region for spring flood period

Deputy Prime Minister Zhenis Kassymbek made a working trip to the West Kazakhstan region in order to familiarize himself with preparations for the spring flood period in the region.

As part of his working visit, Kassymbek familiarized himself with the preparation of special equipment. In particular, the process of ice cutting on the Chagan River was observed, the Chagan reservoir was visited.

At the same time, the state of housing construction under the Nurly Zher program and the road construction under the Nurly Zhol Program was studied. The Deputy Prime Minister also visited agricultural food and industrial enterprises, met with investors and entrepreneurs of the region.

In addition, a meeting was held on “the economy of simple things,” which was attended by representatives of government agencies, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, second-tier banks, organizations and enterprises of the region.
