On June 9, during the day the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan held briefings on the opening of polling stations and the beginning of voting, as well as every two hours members of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan presented data of election commissions of oblasts, cities of republican significance and the capital on voter turnout, wrote .election.gov.kz.

The information about voting at foreign polling stations was presented by First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Roman Vassilenko.

In addition, Deputy General Prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bolat Dembayev spoke about the complaints and appeals received on election day, as well as the course of their consideration.

The provision of law and order in elections, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Kozhayev reported twice during the day.

In the republic, voting at the polling stations ended at 20.00 and only in five regions of Western Kazakhstan it was completed at 21.00 due to the time difference. At 22.20 a meeting of the Central Election Commission on the results of voter turnout on election day was held. According to data provided by election commissions of oblasts, cities of republican significance, and the capital on June 9, 2019, 77.4% of the total number of voters included in the lists received ballots.
