President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev receives Askar Jumagaliyev

President of Kazakhstan receives Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Askar Jumagaliyev, reports the press service of Akorda.

The head of state was informed about the current activities of the ministry and the implementation of projects of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan", coupled with the analysis of big data and the use of artificial intelligence.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stressed the relevance of the work carried out by the ministry and pointed out the importance of digitization of public services and the economy as a whole.

- It is necessary to eliminate all processes that today to one degree or another are barriers, to make them automated. Citizens should receive high-quality public services in an automatic mode without any problems, the President of Kazakhstan stressed.

The head of state was also informed about the innovation ecosystem being formed in the country, the core of which is the International Technopark of IT start-ups Astana Hub. According to Askar Jumagaliyev, today the technopark is functioning normally, its potential is fully utilized. More than 260 companies underwent acceleration, thanks to them about 28 billion tenge was attracted to Kazakhstan.
