Forty-four houses restored in Arys over past 24 hours — MIID

As of July 4, 2019, 180 dwellings were restored in the city of Arys of the Turkestan region. Work is still underway in 875 houses. This was reported in the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan.

In total, 85% of houses in Arys need repairs. On behalf of the First President – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev and Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, all damaged and destroyed objects must be commissioned before Aug. 1, 2019. With a view to efficiency, the number of specialists involved in the restoration of the housing stock of the city is increasing daily. To date, 2,116 builders are working in Arys (1,546 builders in the past 24 hours) of 118 companies from all over Kazakhstan. The number of special equipment per day increased from 86 to 111.

The working group headed by the Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development Kairbek Uskenbayev is located in Arys. On the eve, he met with the residents of Arys and said that everyone was keeping control of the homes and daily monitoring.

Recall, the city of Arys was divided into 17 sectors, securing them all regions of the country and cities of republican significance. A part of the expenses on the restoration of residential buildings is assumed by the fixed local executive body, the rest of the expenses will be covered by funds from the republican budget. Every day at 7 p.m. all akimats report on the work done to repair the housing stock.
