5,051 families returned to their homes in Arys

By July 29, builders have commissioned 2,707 houses in Arys. The main restoration works were completed in another 2,344 homes. Roofs and windows have been installed there, some cosmetic repair remains to be done.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development, today 5,051 families can return to their homes. Meanwhile, 7,785 construction workers continue to rebuild the city. During the month, their ranks were replenished daily from a few dozen to two hundred.

All regions of the country, as well as cities of republican significance, are involved in large-scale construction. The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development represented by the First Vice Minister Kairbek Uskenbayev controls and monitors the progress of the restoration of Arys from the first days after the emergency.
