At the meeting, plans and prospects for cooperation between the Astana International Financial Center and the Wildberries on the development of electronic commerce in Kazakhstan were discussed. Following the meeting, Tatyana was awarded a certificate of registration of Wildberries as a member of the AIFC, and a Memorandum of Understanding was signed.

In an interview for Primeminister.kz, Bakalchuk told in more detail about the implementation of the investment project for the construction of trade and logistics centers and the promotion of Kazakhstani producers at the Wildberries website.

— We want to build two trade and logistics centers with an area of approximately 50 thousand square meters in Nur-Sultan and Almaty. We plan to build two centers, because we are operating on the Kyrgyz market, and in the future, we plan to enter the market of Uzbekistan. It will be very convenient for us to logistically work in Kazakhstan with these countries. Our team has already left there, we are building quickly. I think that after about 2 years, these logistics centers will be able to operate at full capacity,- Tatyana Bakalchuk says.
