Elbasy sends telegram of condolence to Emperor Naruhito of Japan

It is reported by press service of the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Nursultan Nazarbayev received with deep sorrow the news of the numerous victims as a result of the Typhoon and heavy rains in Japan.

"Sharing the bitterness of the loss, I express my condolences to You, as well as to those who lost their loved ones and suffered from the incident. I wish the victims a speedy recovery and return to their families," the telegram reads.
