Kazakhstan and Jordan intend to expand cooperation in the field of Oncology research

Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, Director of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Dariga Nazarbayeva held a series of meetings on the sidelines of the world summit of leaders to fight cancer, which is held in Nur Sultan, reports press service of the Senate.

The Head of the upper house met with the President-Elect of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), Princess Dina Mired of Jordan. The parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation between the First President's Foundation and King Hussein Cancer Center.

"The Foundation of the First President finances projects in various areas, including health care and youth research. As the Director of the Foundation, I propose to consider the possibility of cooperation between our organizations. We would be happy to strengthen our work in the field of Oncology research," Dariga Nazarbayeva stated.
