Head of state visits Digital Centre in Nur-Sultan

In the center of digital services, the President of Kazakhstan was presented with e-government services that provide services to citizens and guests of the country.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was shown new opportunities and benefits of obtaining public services through the mobile application "eGov mobile", social networks Facebook, VKontakte and Telegram messenger, and also told about plans to transfer up to 90 % of public services to digital format by 2020.

– The main thing is quality and speed. I believe we should be among the advanced countries that use high technologies,- the Head of state said.

To date, the "Digital Centre" registered biometric data of 1220 citizens, which gives them the opportunity to receive services without presenting identity documents. The center provides remote video service, residents of the capital can learn digital literacy skills here.
