Foreigners receive services on the principle of "one window" in Nur-Sultan

AIFC Governor Kairat Kelimbetov, akim of the capital Altai Kulginov and Minister of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry Askar Zhumagaliyev agreed to cooperate in implementation of favorable conditions and support investors. This was reported by the press service of the akim of Nur-Sultan.

At the meeting on the further development of the capital, the Head of state instructed to take measures to create a language environment for residents and guests of the capital.

Thus, for employees of PSC, health care, "Front offices" at district akimats, the Center of city services "IQala" English language courses are organized. When studying, they adopt the experience and resources of the AIFC Expat center, which provides foreigners with state and non-state services in English. In the future, employees of the city services Center "IQala", the city investment development center "Astana Invest" and NAO "State corporation "Government for citizens" will also provide services on the basis of the Expat center. In addition, within the framework of cooperation, the principle of trilingual parity for business entities will be introduced: the presence of signs, advertising products, information stands in English.

Mayor of the capital Altai Kulginov noted that thanks to the measures taken by the state, the investment climate in the capital is improving every year, 30% of attracted investments are foreign. In cooperation with the Expat center, foreign citizens and companies are provided with access to services on the principle of "one window".

It should be noted that the AIFC has a unique preferential visa and migration regime, which provides favorable conditions for the entry and localization of foreign AIFC employees and their families. The Expat center is an integral part of the urban and business infrastructure of Nur-Sultan.
