The Ministry of labor signs a Memorandum with the IOM

The Ministry of labor and social protection of the population of Kazakhstan signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM). 

The Memorandum provides for further expansion and strengthening of cooperation between the parties in the field of migration. The document was signed by the head of the Ministry Birzhan Nurymbetov and the head of the IOM mission in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan Zeynap Hajiyev.

The head of the Ministry of labor of Kazakhstan stressed that our country is committed to the principles of respecting the legal rights of migrants and strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation - both at the global and regional levels, and intends to contribute to the regulation of migration flows.
