1 timeviewed

Chairman of the Majilis Nurlan Nigmatulin believes that it is premature to draw conclusions about the norms of the draft Code on Health, which are now actively discussed in society. The speaker of the Majilis posted about it in on Twitter.

"Today, the draft Code on Health is being actively discussed. Indeed, in the government version there are norms that cause a mixed assessment of the population. But don't jump to conclusions. The Majilis still has a lot of work to discuss the Code with the participation of NGOs and experts," Nurlan Nigmatulin posted.

The draft health Code is currently under consideration in the Majilis. More than 600 amendments to the bill have already been made. In addition to deputies and representatives of state bodies, the working group includes doctors, representatives of NGOs, the public, health professionals, etc.

Speaking about the ongoing work, the speaker of the Chamber expressed confidence that the result of a comprehensive, thorough consideration in the Majilis, which the deputies conduct with the participation of the General public, will be, as always, the most elaborated, optimal bill.
