Kazakhstan's youth team for the world Cup in the Czech Republic is announced

Kazakhstan Ice Hockey Federation (QHF) announced players of the Kazakhstan U20 team, which will take part in the youth world Championship in the Czech Republic.

Goalkeepers are Vladislav Nurek, Maxim Pavlenko and Roman Kalmykov.

Defenders: Artem Korolev, Tamirlan Gaitamirov, MADI Dikhanbek, Danil Butenko, Timofey Katasonov,  David Muratov, Vladimir Shlychkov.

Forward: Oleg Boyko, Ruslan Demin, Yusup Asukhanov, Denis Chaporov, Andrey Buyalsky, Vladislav Sayko, Stanislav Alexandrov, Nikita Lyapunov, Maxim Chalov, Konstantin Bondarenko Alikhan Omirbekov, Ansar Shaikhmeddenov and Maxim Musorov.

Coaching staff: Starygin S.V. - head coach, Shayanov A.V. - coach, Vysotsky A.A. - coach, Gabdrakhmanov I.V. - coach, Kaluzny A. - goalkeepers coach.

Recall, from 26 to 30 December, the national team of Kazakhstan U-20 will take part in the Youth world ice hockey championship 2020. The teams that finished 1-4 in groups "A" and "B"enter the playoffs. The last-placed teams in the groups will play a consolation round in which they will challenge for a place in the elite division.
