Vladimir Putin extends condolences over plane crash in Kazakhstan

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent a telegram to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressing his most sincere condolences in connection with the tragic consequences of the plane crash near Almaty.

"In Russia, we share the grief of those who lost their relatives and friends, and hope for a speedy recovery of all victims," the head of the Russian state said in the telegram.
