Children injured in the crash receive gifts from President

Mayor of Almaty Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited the children injured in the crash.

Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited the center of children's emergency medical care where there are nine children injured in the crash. The mayor of the city learnt about their condition and gave them New year's gifts on behalf of the President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev who wished the children a speedy recovery.

As reported by the chief physician of the center for children's emergency medical care Abay Kusainov, six children were hospitalized in the intensive care unit, three are in the department of traumatology, their condition is moderate. Two of them underwent surgery using high-tech modern methods of treatment. At present, the condition of the operated patients is of moderate severity with positive dynamics. Currently, all children are transferred to specialized departments, where they receive all necessary medical care.
