Head of state receives Timur Kulibayev, Chairman of the presidium of "Atameken"

Head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Chairman of the presidium of "Atameken" Timur Kulibayev, press service of Akorda reports.

The President was informed about the current situation in the business sector, domestic entrepreneurship problems, as well as the results of the Chamber's activities in this area.

Timur Kulibayev reported on the development of the agro-industrial sector, the need for assets for farmers and rural producers and the availability of finance for other sectors of the economy.

Issues of import substitution and improving the efficiency of public procurement were also discussed during the meeting. The President noted that all available resources should be used to stimulate business activity and develop production.

The parties also discussed the effectiveness of state programs for entrepreneurship support. The head of "Atameken" reported on the implementation of "Government for business", "Bastau" and "Jas kasipker" programs aimed at the development of mass entrepreneurship and human capital in the country.
