Dance ensemble "Saltanat" to perform in Russia

The concert will be held on February 28-29 as part of the celebration of the 175th anniversary of the geatest kazakh poet Abai.

Ballet dancers Azamat Askarov, Arhat Ashirbek, Riza Taganova, Yerzhan Sarmanov, Raushan Kundukova, Akzhol Abibulla, Sunkar Bolat, Denis Vitchenko, Aida Azhmagambetova, Makpal Nanayeva, Eskendir Tergemisov, Laura Urkinbayeva, Gaziz Janibekov, Venera Fakhretdinova and many others will perform on the stage of the theater for young spectators. 

Artistic Director, chief choreographer of the ensemble, Honored artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gulsaule Orumbayeva told about the preparation for the concert in celebration of the 175th anniversary of Abai.

"We know that 2020 has been declared the anniversary year of the great thinker in Kazakhstan. As the Head of state noted in his article "Abai and Kazakhstan in the XXI century" published in "Egemen Qazaqstan", Abai's works are still relevant today and are spiritual guidance for everyone. Concerts in Omsk will be dedicated to the celebration of the anniversary of Abai," noted Gulsaule Orumbayeva.
