Lawyers advise citizens voluntarily in Kazakhstan

Free legal consultations were given for citizens in Shapagat and Asem markets in the capital of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the campaign is to attract volunteer lawyers to improve the legal literacy of the population and provide assistance to citizens, the official website of the mayor's office reports.

"During the event, lawyers, bailiffs and students of law faculties of the capital's universities provided free advice to residents of the city.

More than 300 people received consultations. Such events are planned to be held regularly once a month, " said Tastemir Akulan, a specialist of the Nur-Sultan's public development Department.
