More than 30,000 cubic meters of snow removed in the capital

On the night of February 18-19, 156 road workers and 1,292 special pieces of equipment were involved in cleaning the city's territory from snow and ice. 32,072 cubic meters of snow were removed for 2,673 flights, the official website of the akimat reports.

Today, on February 19, 1,100 road workers are engaged in snow and ice removal on city streets, and 1,407 units of special equipment are involved.

Since the beginning of the winter period, municipal services of the city have taken 4 110 472 cubic meters of snow to landfills, which amounted to 325 497 flights.
