President meets with Jaksybek Kulekeyev and Marat Bashimov

President Tokayev met with adviser to the General Director of "KazMunayGas Engineering" Jaksybek Kulekeyev and Director of the Institute of European law and human rights Marat Bashimov, Akorda reports.

During the conversation of the President with a well-known economist, adviser to the General Director of "KazMunayGas Engineering" Jaksybek Kulekeyev, issues of socio-economic development of the country, the formation of the revenue part of the state budget, reducing the dependence of the economy of Kazakhstan on energy exports were considered.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev drew attention to the importance of developing a set of measures to stimulate economic growth, improve fiscal and monetary policy, develop entrepreneurship and support domestic producers.

At the meeting of the Head of state with a member of the National Council of public trust, Director of the Institute of European law and human rights Marat Bashimov, the issues of reforming the law enforcement system, improving legislative activities and developing the civil sector were discussed.

The public figure supported the position of the Head of state on the draft law on peaceful assemblies, which provides for the notification nature of their conduct.
