"The Kazakh Government has decided to temporarily restrict the use of internal documents for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan (identity card, birth certificate), the Russian Federation (passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation), the Kyrgyz Republic (ID card) when crossing the Kazakh-Russian, Kazakh-Kyrgyz state borders" the message states.
