At the meeting with activists and public representatives in the city of Semey, the main directions of the President’s Address will be discussed: raising income levels, improving the quality of education and healthcare and housing affordability. A number of industrial and social facilities will also be visited, for example, the Prime Minister will get acquainted with the implementation of the state programs Nurly Zhol, Nurly Zher, Densaulyq and others in the region.

In the regional center, at a meeting with the activists and representatives of the public, attention will be paid to social tasks aimed at improving the welfare of the people. A wide range of issues will be considered, including new approaches in the development of industrialization, small and medium-sized businesses, the agro-industrial complex, and the sustainable development of regions. In Ust-Kamenogorsk, it is planned to visit major manufacturing facilities and educational institutions.

The working trip to the region began in Semey. The Prime Minister got acquainted with the reconstruction of the runway and the air terminal. As Akim of the East Kazakhstan region Daniyal Akhmetov reported, the modernization of the airport will increase the number of flights and passengers served, as well as improve the level of flight safety.

Reconstruction of the airport began in December 2016 as part of the Nurly Zhol State Program and will be completed in 2018. The project includes the repair of the runway, taxiways and apron, as well as the terminal building. The works on the runway were completed in full: today, the strip receives and sends aircraft of interregional and intraregional flights. From September 2, 2018, the runway receives aircraft of the An-24 type along the routes Ust-Kamenogorsk–Semey–Urzhar, Semey–Almaty, Semey–Astana. On the air terminal, the volume of completed work today is 93%.

According to the results of the modernization, the airport will meet the requirements of International Civil Aviation Organization for class B international airports, which will make it possible to receive aircrafts such as Boeing, Airbus, IL-76 with a passenger capacity of up to 300 people. This will enable an increase in the number of serviced aircraft to 25-30 flights per day, passengers — up to 200 people per hour. The building of the passenger terminal will meet the requirements of safe operation, which will significantly improve the quality of service.

“It will be possible to attract not only domestic airlines Scat, Qazaq Air, Bek Air, Air Astana, but also the organization of international flights to the Russian Federation, Turkey, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates. Separate halls of international and domestic airlines will appear in the air terminal, modern inspection equipment will be installed. In general, the complex will provide jobs for more than 250 people,” Deputy Akim of the East Kazakhstan region Serik Aktanov reported.

Brazil’s version of Trump: why is it a «wake-up call» for the world?

A racist, a homophobe, a misogynist, a pro-torturer. Because of the profane outbursts and verbal abuse, he has earned such an image and was even considered as a political clown. Once he insulted lawmaker claiming that she was too ugly to be worth of raping. What is more, he said that he’d rather have a dead son than a gay one. Therefore, analysts concluded that Brazil has elected the most extremist president among democratic countries. So why did Brazil decide to make «really radical shift»? How did such an «extreme» and «unpleasant» figure become a president?
