The current decree on streamlining trade is proposed to be supplemented with a separate chapter with the responsibilities of the administrations of markets and shopping complexes.
The administrations of markets, shopping and entertainment centers are obliged to lease premises and retail space to entrepreneurs for trade and / or storage of products in the presence of a document on the basis of which they work (registration with the tax authorities and / or a license.)
Administrations of markets should provide for the installation of cash registers by tenants of commercial premises, organize seasonal and pre-holiday fairs of agricultural products, food and non-food products.
Their responsibility will include ensuring the availability of test weight measuring appliances, tested in the prescribed manner, creating maximum comfort for traders and buyers, providing sellers selling perishable products (meat and meat products, milk and dairy products) with work clothes.
The management of markets and shopping complexes will be obliged to improve and reconstruct markets at the same time ensuring an increase in trading places and creating the necessary conditions for improving the culture of trade.
Administrations will be obliged to maintain in proper sanitary condition with observance of fire prevention standards the market territory, pavilions, shopping places, shopping malls and the adjacent territory, to observe the conducting of a medical examination of market workers in contact with food.
