In October 2018 the Head of State in his Address “Growing Welfare of Kazakh Citizens: Increase in Incomes and Quality of Life,” instructed the Government to increase the minimum wage by 1.5 times from Jan. 1, 2019. This initiative is also widely supported by the business community. This time, the Eurasian Group Company announced its intention to raise wages of employees.

As the Head of the Human Resources Department of Aluminum of Kazakhstan JSC Sofya Levitina noted, the Eurasian Group has already developed a program to improve the welfare of the group's employees in accordance with the Presidential Address. Thus, the Eurasian Group plans to allocate 17.6 billion tenge from Jan. 1, 2019, for increasing salaries. In total, the increase will affect 58,500 people. At the same time, 23 thousand people are employees of the enterprises in the Pavlodar region.

“Naturally, the increase will also affect our enterprise — Aluminum of Kazakhstan JSC. These are 9,300 people. Aluminum of Kazakhstan is located in Pavlodar and Kostanay regions. In Pavlodar region — this is 5,900 people who will be affected by wage increases. The increase will be from 9 to 14% for different categories of workers,” explained Levitina.

A racist, a homophobe, a misogynist, a pro-torturer. Because of the profane outbursts and verbal abuse, he has earned such an image and was even considered as a political clown. Therefore, analysts concluded that Brazil has elected the most extremist president among democratic countries. So why did Brazil decide to make «really radical shift»? How did such an «extreme» and «unpleasant» figure become a president?
