Government working group headed by Gulshara Abdykalikova visits Aktobe region

Continuing the working trips to the regions of Kazakhstan in order to clarify the new social measures of Elbasy “Aleumettik Qamqorlyq,” Deputy Prime Minister Gulshara Abdykalikova arrived in Aktobe region, where she met with the local people, held a reception for citizens, and also personally visited needy and large families.

In the afternoon the working group headed by Gulshara Abdykalikova went to Aktobe region. Work in the region began with the inspection of the readiness of the branch of the Government for Citizens – People's Office to provide public services to families eligible for assistance. After that Abdykalikova visited the palace “Zhastar Sarayy” at Zhubanov Aktobe Regional State University. The palace has a multimedia room, Zhamanova Choral Art Room, Tapalova Hall of Choreography, etc. The staff of the institution actively organizes various events in the framework of the Year of Youth.

The next item in Abdykalikova’s work schedule was a public meeting in Aktobe. Speaking to the citizens, she stressed that the new social measures of Elbasy “Aleumettik Qamqorlyq” are aimed at ensuring a decent standard of living for citizens and the development of Kazakhstan as a socially-oriented state.

“Their implementation envisages the achievement of three goals: growth of incomes and protection of socially vulnerable categories of the population, solution of housing issues, improvement of the quality of education and health care, and development of the regions,” Abdykalikova noted during the meeting.

After the meeting, Abdykalikova and the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population  Berdibek Saparbayev held a personal reception for the residents of the regional center. Along with this, Abdykalikova visited large and low-income families, where she explained new measures of social support provided by the state. Local executive bodies were instructed to assist families in need, and their suggestions for improving social legislation were heard.

In turn, other members of the working group — Minister of Education and Science Kulyash Shamshidinova, Minister of Healthcare Yelzhan Birtanov, Chairman of the Committee for Construction, Housing and Communal Services Markhabat Zhayymbetov, Chairman of the Committee for Forestry and Wildlife Kair Ryskeldinov went to Khromtau , Mugalzhar, Algin, Martuk, Kargaly and Kobdin districts, where they met with villagers, teachers and doctors, nurses. They held personal receptions for citizens and visited schools and hospitals. Working trip to Aktobe region continues.

It should be noted that the working group includes the ministers of labor and social protection of the population Bedibek Saparbayev, education and science — Kulyash Shamshidinov, healthcare — Yelzhan Birtanov, Chairman of the Committee for Construction, Housing and Communal Services Markhabat Zhayymbetov, Chairman the Committee of Forestry and Fauna Kair Ryskeldinov as well as media representatives and bloggers.

Earlier the working group headed by Deputy Prime Minister Gulshara Abdykalikova was in the West Kazakhstan region. In particular, Abdykalikova met with low-income and large families in the Baiterek area, where each family was explained questions on the appointment of targeted social assistance, material and housing support, as well as in other social areas.
