To date, 115 technologies have been selected for implementation (akimats — 102 technologies, companies — 13 technologies). At the same time, 16 technologies are already in use, and by the end of 2018 another 20 will be introduced. According to Bozumbayev, for today akimats and companies have developed and approved road maps for the implementation of these technologies.
According to Bozumbayev, nine technologies from Russia, the United States, China and Finland have been identified in the sphere of oil and gas to date, out of them the regional akimats have chosen seven technologies and companies — two.
In the direction “Power Engineering,” 72 technologies were identified, of which 63 were chosen by akimats.
"The companies JSC NAC KazAtomProm, JSC EmbaMunaiGas, JSC KazTransOil, JSC KEGOK continue the work on the previously selected nine technologies. Three technologies were selected in the direction ‘Coal.’ These technologies will be introduced in 2019-2020. In the direction ‘Ecology’ akimats and companies selected 31 technologies in the field of cleaning of domestic and industrial wastewater, air quality control and waste management," said Bozumbayev.
According to the Ministry of Energy, akimats and companies are actively working to introduce these technologies in accordance with approved road maps. At the first stage akimats introduced 16 technologies that reduce the use of traditional fuel, improve the urban environment, reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
Thus, the Akimat of Aktobe Region implemented six technologies: AN Bonus wind power stations (Germany) at the Zaru farm and Zhel Energo LLP, gearboxes General Electric International Inc (USA), expanders for the oil and gas industry General Electric International Inc. (USA), technology of hydraulic fracturing and simultaneous sandblasting perforations in the wells of the subsalt complex (China), automated group metering units for oil and gas production (China).
Meanwhile, akimats of Karaganda and North-Kazakhstan regions have introduced the technology "Smart bench." Six smart benches are installed in Karaganda, four of these benches are already functioning in Petropavlovsk. The Akimat of Kostanay Region has introduced the German technology — boiler equipment Vissmann. With the introduction of this technology, the quality of heat supply has improved and the productivity of thermal energy has increased.
Akimat of Kostanay Region also introduced Chinese technology of solar batteries. This technology was introduced in the city of Lisakovsk with an autonomous lighting network with a length of 1.7 km. Savings for electricity will be 1 million tenge per year. In the Naurzum and Denisov districts of the Kostanay region, Chinese technology of hybrid wind-solar power plant was introduced. This 4 kW technology was installed in the park to illuminate it.
Akimats of Pavlodar region and North Kazakhstan region introduced German technology of long burning boilers. It is currently installed in 23 educational institutions in the Zhelezin district. The Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region installed 73 boilers at the facilities of the region. This technology allows you to reduce fuel consumption up to 1.5-2 times. This technology is eight times more environmentally friendly compared to conventional boilers.
In addition, Akimat of North Kazakhstan Region in 2018 introduced the Polish technology of installation of biomass boilers. The advantages of this technology are absence of ash and slag and harmful emissions into the atmosphere, as well as saving of boilers on coal by two times. At present, the akimat has installed 73 boilers at the objects of the budgetary sphere and at business facilities.
Bozumbayev also reported on the introduction of domestic technologies. This are: the project of the scientist A. Alimgazin "Heat pump brand SN-62", which was introduced by Akimat of Kostanay Region in Auliekol district for direct heating of water by solar energy, the project of the scientist A. Bolotov "Bolotov Wind Turbine," implemented in Kostanai region, project of scientist A. Zhilkashinova "Damless Effective Mini-HPP with a Capacity of 500 kW," which is included in the list of East Kazakhstan region’s projects planned for implementation in Ridder on the Kedrovka River, as well as the project of the scientist DBayseitov "Helicobacterials Using Solar Collectors," which is planned to be introduced in 2018 by JSC NAC Kazatomprom.
In his turn, the Minister of Education and Science Yerlan Sagadiyev reported that within the framework of application of new technologies presented at the exhibition, active work is carried out according to the established terms.
"Currently, as a result of signed agreements, contracts, memorandums of cooperation with foreign universities, companies and organizations, universities and subordinate research institutes, 14 projects and programs are being implemented, 12 of them by universities," Sagadiyev said.

Summarizing the results of the consideration, Bakytzhan Sagintayev noted that, as is evident from the reports, on the instructions of the Head of State, the group of experts, having compiled a list of 133 technologies demonstrated at Expo-2017, and having selected 115 of them, has already started to work. 16 projects have been implemented, up to the end of this year it is planned to implement 20 and 99 projects under implementation.
"As we see, the results are not bad, however, it is necessary not to dwell on what has been achieved. Because, as can be seen from the reports, not all regions are working at the same level. Some outstrip, in some — no work is done at all," the Prime Minister said.
In this regard, akimats of regions and cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent, as well as national managing holdings and companies were instructed to maximize to intensify work on the introduction of advanced technologies. Projects planned for implementation in the current year should be necessarily implemented.
