Within the framework of the trip, a meeting is planned on the implementation of the Comprehensive Social and Economic Development Plan for the North Kazakhstan Region for 2018-2021, as well as an inspection of a number of social and industrial infrastructure facilities. In addition, Sagintayev will get acquainted with the preparations for the XV Forum of Interregional Cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia.

In the course of the trip Bakytzhan Sagintayev paid attention to the measures being taken in the region to improve the quality of education. In the Address to the People of Kazakhstan "New Opportunities under the Fourth Industrial Revolution," the Head of State highlighted the ability to constantly adapt to changes and gain new knowledge as the key priority of educational programs. In all regions of the country, a network of children's technoparks and business incubators with all necessary infrastructure, including computers, laboratories, 3D printers, was commissioned on the basis of palaces of schoolchildren. This will help successfully integrate the younger generation into the research and industrial and technological environment.

In Petropavlovsk, the Prime Minister visited the Palace of Schoolchildren under construction. The facility will be equipped with advanced modern technologies. As the Deputy Akim of the North Kazakhstan region A. Fedyaev said, it is envisaged to create a high-tech base of cabinets and laboratory complexes for the promising areas of the IT industry and STEM-education. The laboratory of programming and graphic design, virtual and augmented reality, engineering sciences TecQuipment (Great Britain), robotic engineering (USA), animation studio, holography, frame-vacuum cinema, electric cars from Lexsolar (Germany), humanoid robot Thespian (Great Britain), humanoid robots NAO (France) and others.

In the North Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybayev, Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited one of the buildings of the student hostel where he got acquainted with the implementation of the President's Five Social Initiatives. During the examination of the hostel rooms, the rector of the university S. Omirbayev reported that 5,531 students are studying at the university, for which four dormitories are envisaged.

However, given the annual increase in the enrollment and contingent of students in the university, in the 2018-19 school year the need for hostels will be more than 3,150 places. According to the data of the akimat of the North Kazakhstan region, in 2018 only 55.3 billion tenge is provided for financing the education system in the region. With the plan as of August 1, 2013, the development amounted to 31.2 billion tenge, 100%.

It should be noted that within the framework of increasing accessibility and quality of higher education, 75 grants were allocated from the local budget for those wishing to enter a local university.

Brazil’s version of Trump: why is it a «wake-up call» for the world?

A racist, a homophobe, a misogynist, a pro-torturer. Because of the profane outbursts and verbal abuse, he has earned such an image and was even considered as a political clown. Once he insulted lawmaker claiming that she was too ugly to be worth of raping. What is more, he said that he’d rather have a dead son than a gay one. Therefore, analysts concluded that Brazil has elected the most extremist president among democratic countries. So why did Brazil decide to make «really radical shift»? How did such an «extreme» and «unpleasant» figure become a president?

Jylkybay Jagyparuly,

Mechanical engineering is a potential pillar of the economy

In industrialized countries, one of the most important indicators of the economy is the level of development of the machine-building industry. Independent Kazakhstan, striving to achieve ambitious goals, is making great efforts to develop machine building in the process of diversifying its economy.
