​Ambassador of Kazakhstan Presents His Credentials to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum

 The solemn ceremony of presenting credentials by the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Madiyar Menilbekov to Vice President, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was held at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi.

During the ceremony, Ambassador Madiyar Menilbekov noted with appreciation that modern Kazakh-Emirate relations were distinguished by deep and fruitful interstate dialogue, stressing that “since the establishment of diplomatic relations between our countries, political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian and military ties are developing steadily."

Several relevant areas including trade, economic engagement and investment cooperation were touched upon, including the agreements reached during the visits of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to the United Arab Emirates in January 2017 and March 2018, as well as long-term plans for contacts at the highest level.

Sheikh Al Maktoum reaffirmed his positive assessment of current Kazakh-Emirate relations, expressing the willingness of the Emirates to further build mutually beneficial, collegiate relations between the two countries. He also conveyed good wishes to President Nursultan Nazarbayev and wished the new Ambassador success and prosperity in his work to further strengthen Kazakh-Emirate cooperation.
