Madi Takiyev appointed vice minister of national economy

By the Decree of the Government, Madi Takiyev was appointed vice minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Takiyev was born in 1978 in the Almaty region. He graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management, the Kunayev University and the International University of Business.

He began his career in 1998. In various years he worked in the Tax Department for the city of Almaty, Almaty region.

In 2012-2013 he was head of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan.

In 2013-2014 he served as director of the Tax and Customs Policy Department of the Ministry of National Economy

In 2014 he worked as chief consultant for the Social and Economic Department of the Office of the Prime Minister.

From 2014 to 2017 he was head of the State Revenue Department in the Atyrau region.

From 2017 he was director of the Tax Control Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance.
