Askar Mamin: Assistance to families in need comes not only from state, but also from business community

At the meeting of the Government chaired by Prime Minister Askar Mamin, social projects implemented as part of Elbasy’s “Aleumettik Qamqorlyq” initiative were considered, reports the press service of PM.

Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Berdibek Saparbayev reported on the work being carried out. “Many entrepreneurs actively supported the idea of ​​ Elbasy “Aleumettik Qamqorlyq,” said the Prime Minister, noting with optimism the participation of major businessmen at their own expense in social projects.

The Head of Government stressed the importance of translating experience in developing business initiatives and starting a business. Many entrepreneurs began to employ low-income citizens in their enterprises, to teach the basics of business.

“Citizens should know that assistance to the needy comes not only from the state, but also from the business community. Our common task should be to help citizens get out of the difficult life situation in which they find themselves,” the Prime Minister said.

Business has interesting ideas and suggestions on social issues, which together with the Government should be implemented. Therefore, regional akims are charged with actively supporting such initiatives.

In addition, the Head of the Cabinet urged business leaders to pay attention to the problems of their employees, including housing.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population is entrusted to take on special supervision employment, training and retraining of able-bodied citizens from among those receiving targeted social assistance.

“It is necessary to maximize their involvement involvement in active forms of employment,” the Prime Minister stressed, noting the need for involving Atameken in this work.
