Builders restored 1,620 houses in Arys

As of July 20, 2019, 1,620 houses were restored in Arys. To date, builders are working on another 4,798 individual housing projects and multi-storey residential buildings.

According to the Committee for Construction, Housing and Public Utilities, 7,136 builders are restoring Arys' housing stock. Their number is growing daily (there were 7,037 workers the day before). In total, 213 construction companies started working with 179 units of special equipment in 17 sectors. On behalf of Elbasy and the Head of State, all damaged and destroyed objects must be commissioned before Aug. 1, 2019.

Another 1,941 builders are involved in the restoration of social facilities of the city. Recall, 66 buildings (52 educational facilities, 8 healthcare facilities, 4 sports facilities and the Walk of Fame) were damaged by the explosions at the testing ground in Arys. Four facilities will be rebuilt and delivered on time. Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development in the person of the First Vice Minister Kairbek Uskenbayev carries out the daily monitoring and control over the construction.
