The Head of State receives Prime Minister Askar Mamin

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev heard the information from the Prime Minister Askar Mamin on the preparation of a nationwide action plan to implement the Address to the People of Kazakhstan of Sep. 2, 2019. This was reported by the press service of Akorda.

 

The Head of State emphasized that the country is entering a new stage in political and socio-economic reforms. Fulfillment of this promise, he said, will require serious and well-coordinated work in the center and in the regions, including the development of a number of draft laws and other regulatory legal acts.

“Only timely and high-quality implementation of the Address will provide an increase in the standard of living of citizens and structural modernization of the economy. The tasks set in the Address must be strictly performed on time. It is gratifying that the Government has already begun work on the development of a national action plan. There is no time for buildup. The heads of all ministries and departments, akimats will bear personal responsibility for the effective and timely implementation of reforms,” said Kasym-Jomart Tokayev.
