Dariga Nazarbayeva meets with the Chairman of the Chamber of deputies of the Czech Parliament

Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Dariga Nazarbayeva met With Chairman of the Chamber of deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Radek Vondracek, press service of the Senate reports.

The parties discussed the prospects of joint projects in the field of agriculture, transit and transport infrastructure, energy, pharmaceuticals, health care and the establishment of tourist flow.

Opening the meeting, Dariga Nazarbayeva said that the Czech Republic is among the most promising trade and investment partners of Kazakhstan in the EU and great attention is paid to deepening relations with this friendly country.

The Head of the Senate urged Czech businessmen to expand cooperation with Kazakhstan. "5 rail and 6 road routes connecting Asian countries with Europe pass through Kazakhstan. Therefore, there is an opportunity to consider Kazakhstan as a platform for the implementation of projects with neighboring countries," D. Nazarbayeva said.

In turn, the Chairman of the Chamber of deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic highly appreciated the level of Kazakh-Czech relations, stressed the great potential of their development.

Radek Vondrachek also noted the importance of the implementation of the state program of infrastructure development "Nurly Zhol" and expressed interest in expanding cooperation between the two countries in this direction.
