As part of the state of emergency, up to 70% of employees of the state and quasi-public sector should be transferred to remote work, except life-support enterprises, security, law and order, and individual media outlets. Similar measures are recommended for private enterprises, the President tweeted as two major Kazakh cities are under quarantine.
