369 cases of coronavirus imported in Kazakhstan

369 cases of coronavirus in the country are imported from abroad, Kazakhstan's chief state sanitary doctor Aizhan Esmagambetova says.

Out of 369 cases of coronavirus, 91 are imported, all the others are connected with contacts. Internal spread of infection is that one contact infects up to 10 people.

Citizens arriving in Kazakhstan are subject to isolation for up to three days for laboratory examination. If the test results are negative, they are placed in a 14-day home quarantine. If a coronavirus infection is confirmed, they are isolated in a quarantine hospital, chief state sanitary doctor says.
