President Tokayev thanks Pakistan for humanitarian aid

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed gratitude to Pakistani prime minister for medical supplies during the pandemic.  

"Sincerely thank the Government of Pakistan and personally Prime Minister Imran Khan for providing medical supplies as humanitarian aid to Kazakhstan to treat coronavirus infected patients," tweeted Kazakh President.

Pakistan provided Kazakhstan with medicines on April 28. The government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan handed over 60 thousand tablets of hydroxychloroquine which is used in the treatment of coronavirus infection to the Kazakh Embassy in Islamabad, MFA said.
