Kazakhstanis consider the chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency, Alik Shpekbayev, to be the most active statesman. This was shown by the results of online voting on the website of the domestic media, Egemen.kz reports.

According to the information agency, A. Shpekbayev received such an assessment for all his initiatives aimed at eradicating corruption in the country. Among them, the greatest support among citizens was found such as the transfer of city, district and rural akimats to a service model of work, the widespread introduction of open space and the criminalization of the offer of a bribe.

In general, this shows broad support among citizens for the ideas of the head of the Anti-Corruption Service, which are aimed at transforming the work of state bodies through the prism of openness, accessibility, transparency and accountability.
