During the meeting, the issues of introducing the system of e-education at all stages of the learning process, from pre-school institutions to higher educational institutions of the country were discussed.
Currently, in 13 cities and one region, a system to queue and issue places in kindergartens through electronic request is being introduced. In secondary education, a system of electronic journals and diaries will start in the framework of public-private partnership. The professional and higher education system is adopting a multi-level information Unified System for the Management of Higher Education. Integration of the National Educational Database with the information systems of state bodies is planned to be carried out until 01.01. 2018.
Digitalization of the system will create a single electronic database of the child by an individual identification number. In the future, movement through the levels of education (kindergartens, schools, colleges, universities) will be carried out electronically, without the need to collect additional documents and certificates at each stage of education.
Today, out of 7047 schools of general education throughout the country, more than 4355 schools (62%) are connected to the high-speed Internet. The equipment of colleges is 90%, universities — 100%.
