XVI Congress of the Asian Network of Quality 2018 to hold in Almaty

In the current year 2018 in the southern capital of Kazakhstan the city of Almaty will be held the XVI Asian Congress of Quality.

The motto of the Congress is "The Future of Quality Leadership in the Information Technologies Age".

The organizers are the Kazakhstan Organization for Quality and Innovation Management (KOQIM), the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" and the Asian Network for Quality.

To participate in the work of the Congress more than 200 representatives from 20 countries of Asia, the USA and the European Union have registered. Among them there are scientists and teachers from leading universities of the world, representatives of national quality organizations of many countries, as well as managers and specialists of business structures.

As keynote speakers invited world-famous gurus and professionals in the field of quality management: Professor Noriaki Kano (Japan), Claes Berlin (Sweden), Elizabeth Keim (USA), prof. Mohamed Zairi (Great Britain), Juhani Antilla (Finland), prof. Wan-Seon Shin (South Korea) and many others. This Congress is aimed to familiarize participants with the most advanced Concepts of company management, disseminate information and knowledge about the best world practical experience in achieving leadership, competitiveness and international recognition for national companies, as well as their products and services.

Established in 2002, the Asian Network for Quality (ANQ) is Asia's leading non-governmental non-profit regional organization, whose main mission is to promote the progress of science and technology, to develop industry and improve the quality of people's lives. It includes the National Quality Organizations of more than 17 countries in Asia, including: Kazakhstan, India, China, South Korea, Russia, Singapore, Japan, Thailand and others. The initiator of the creation of the Asian Quality Organization is the world famous guru, Emeritus  Professor of the University of Tokyo - Noriaki Kano.

Within the framework of the Asian Network for Quality, annual congresses are held, at which new business management models are presented, and the achievements of leading Asian companies in the field of quality management. Within the framework of the Congress, the results of international quality competitions conducted by the Asian Network for Quality are summed up, as well as rewarding specialists and scientists for achieving outstanding results in the field of product and service quality, personnel management, and social responsibility. Receiving awards by organizations or individuals means recognition of their merit at the international level.

The great interest is shown by domestic companies from various regions of Kazakhstan to participate in this event, it is understood that the Congress will provide an opportunity to exchange advanced knowledge and experience in the management of enterprises, use innovations in their activities, will receive specific visions that will further improve the quality of products and services.

The Congress will be held on September 19-20, 2018, the Hotel «Intercontinental» in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Within the framework of the Congress technical visits will be organized to industrial enterprises of Almaty.

Within the framework of the Congress an exhibition of Kazakhstan manufacturers is planned to promote cooperation between enterprises and organizations of different countries.

The next 17th Asian Quality Congress ANQ - 2019 will be held in Bangkok (Thailand)
