Distance learning to continue in Kazakhstan from September 1
In the 2020-2021 academic year, due to the current epidemiological conditions, it is planned to start distance training for grades 1-11 in all schools of the country, with the exception of remote rural small schools and "duty" primary school classes in strict observance of all sanitary standards. This year more than 3.3 million people will study in 7,391 schools in Kazakhstan, including in the 1st grade – more than 396 thousand children. Prime Minister Askar Mamin instructed to finalize the entire training methodology and by Aug. 20, 2020, organize a republican parent meeting online with detailed information about the upcoming educational process.
