Almaty akim visits social facilities with most complaints

Almaty akim Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited the social services center and children's infectious diseases hospital, which citizens complained about during the reporting meeting.

The center for special social services No. 3 is home to elderly people, including those with disabilities who need care. At the reporting meeting of the mayor, an appeal was made with a request to check the work of the staff and the quality of medical services.

On behalf of the mayor of the city B. Sagintayev, a specially created Commission will check all the circumstances and arguments set out in the appeal to give an objective assessment. Deputy mayor of the city S. Tuyakbayev was entrusted to carry out this work.

According to another complaint, B. Sagintayev visited the children's city clinical infectious diseases hospital, where he got acquainted with the list of medical services provided, equipment and qualification of medical staff.

Every day, about 300 children are brought to the children's infectious diseases hospital from all over the city and settlements of the Almaty region, about 80 of them are left for treatment in the hospital.

He noted that representatives of the older generation and children most need care and require increased attention.
